Welcome to Run PT
I am a keen club runner, a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness based in Sale, Manchester. I would be delighted to help you achieve your running goals whether you are an experienced runner wanting to work on injury prevention, strength and conditioning, or a newer runner wanting to improve your running form, speed and endurance. As well as one to one personal training sessions (currently via Zoom), I offer daytime interval sessions for groups of up to 5 (all abilities), runners strength & conditioning Zoom sessions, bespoke training plans and nutrition review & advice.

Socially distanced interval sessions for up to 5 runners (all abilities). Combining fun & varied interval sessions with a focus on running technique. Includes a dynamic warm-up, strength work & cool down.
