Would you like to run faster, strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, quads and core to improve your running form and efficiency?

Join my Zoom classes (£4 per class) designed to help runners increase their speed and develop strength and power in areas of weakness. After a dynamic warm-up, we will do a short HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session with 'on the spot' running drills and plyometrics to improve your running form, technique, economy and speed.

We will then do exercises that will help strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, core, quadriceps, calves and back to keep you running stronger and stay injury free. The session will conclude with some stretching.

A 45-60 minute session open to runners of all abilities. No equipment required (though we may incorporate some household items such as wine bottles, paper plates, brooms, chairs and even tights)!
