There are many reasons why a runner might benefit from personal training. As a committed runner myself, I have a good understanding of what it takes to improve your running form, strength and power and address muscle weaknesses and imbalances to help you perform to your maximum potential and keep you running for as long as possible.

I will develop a bespoke Zoom session to meet your needs and work with any equipment you have available at home. Outdoor Personal Training sessions can also be arranged.
