PERSONAL TRAINING IN LOCKDOWN
Following the outbreak of COVID-19, I have adapted my business to feature 1:1 Zoom PT sessions and group classes so it doesn't matter where you live, you can exercise from the comfort, safety and convenience of your own home,garden or gym. I will work with whatever equipment you have available.
I also offer interval sessions in socially distanced groups of up to 5 on the track and local parks. As always, my goal is to help you run faster, get stronger and stay injury free!
ZOOM PERSONAL TRAINING
One-to-one personal training sessions delivered via Zoom tailored to your personal aims and objectives - whether it is to increase speed, rehab an injury, strengthen areas of weakness or to boost your fitness.
Socially distanced interval sessions for up to 5 runners (all abilities). Combining fun & varied interval sessions with a focus on running technique. Includes a dynamic warm-up, strength work & cool down.
