There are many reasons why a runner might benefit from personal training. As a committed runner myself, I have a good understanding of what it takes to improve your running form, strength and power and address muscle weaknesses and imbalances to help you perform to your maximum potential and keep you running for as long as possible.

I will develop a bespoke programme to meet your needs. I have a range of portable equipment and training sessions can take place outdoors, at my home or yours, or even at your own gym.
