Crossford Bridge track sessions for runners of all abilities

Fridays at 9:30am. Safe, socially distanced group.

Timed intervals with an emphasis on improving technique, speed and endurance. Speedwork is not about sprinting! It's about running faster than your race pace for short intervals with short recoveries.

Meet outside the Crossford Bridge Clubhouse, Danefield Road, Sale
M33 7GE. Please note that we will not be accessing the clubhouse building and there may be times when the track is out of use and training will take place at a nearby location. Updates will be displayed here.
