4 week 5K improvers course

Set yourself a 5K running challenge during lockdown. 

Open to runners of all abilities, with an emphasis on improving technique, speed and endurance. Get stronger and stay injury free. Following current Government guidelines on social distancing.

Mondays at 6:45pm - Zoom class with mobility warm-up, HIIT plyometrics & run drills, strength training for runners & cool-down.

Wednesdays at 9:30am - socially distanced interval session featuring dynamic warm-up, running drills, interval session, stretch & cool-down.
